In this podcast we talk about the differents between traditional nutrition and modern diets. A healthy diet that fits everyone all the time just doesn't exist. Traditional nutrition is a system where we look at the person and where the imbalances are. Then we look at what this persons eat. And because we know what the effect of foods are, we can now make changes to balance the system out. This is a lifelong proces. At the start we make basic changes, followed by finetuning.
The podcast is inspired by the 5-day live workshop we organize in September in the Netherlands, where we are going to dive deep into the fundamentals of Chi Kung practice.
The workshop is designed for anyone with a serious interest in the Internal Arts. Great for beginners, but also great for those who have been missing the internal aspects in their training so far, being it Tai Chi or any of the internal (martial) arts.

- Fascia development exercises
- Building vital energy
- Releasing & Balancing energy methods
- Optimizing energy through digestion
- Chi Kung Partner training (listening, rebounding, song)
- Mental training

We train from Monday till Friday from 8.30-12.30.
On Monday, Wednesday & Friday we will also continue in the afternoon from 14.00-16.00. (vegetarian lunch included on Monday, Wednesday & Friday).
